Fg6 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 General Terms & Conditions

Fg6 (fg6.fun) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between fg6 and its users. References to "fg6", "we", or "our" in this document refer to fg6.fun and its operating entity.

These Terms apply to all users — from new registrants to long-standing members. Accessing or browsing any part of the fg6 platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Fg6 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use fg6's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable local law.
• Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false details will result in account termination.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to fg6 Support immediately.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use fg6.

Fg6 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application. Applications may be declined without providing a reason.

3 Age Verification (KYC)

Fg6 takes the protection of minors from gambling very seriously. At registration or at any time thereafter, fg6 may request documents to verify your identity and age. These may include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Selfie or video verification (if required)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. fg6 reserves the right to restrict the account until it is satisfied with the verification.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on fg6:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Fg6 may request additional documentation to verify suspicious transactions.
• Fg6 complies with international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fg6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit only.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x). You must place bets totalling that amount before making a withdrawal.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses cannot be used on specific games. The list of eligible games is shown on each offer's details page.
• Per-Account Limits: Each bonus offer is limited to one use per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Misuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

Fg6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. fg6's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6 Betting Rules & Gameplay Terms

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on fg6:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, fg6 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.
• For Sports Betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or corrupt play will be voided.
• Betting through multiple accounts or using a VPN is strictly prohibited.
• RNG casino game outcomes are entirely random and verified by independent third parties.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg6 platform. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play games
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Creating an account using a false identity
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Fg6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity
• In Case of KYC Verification Failure
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period

If an account is closed with a valid balance and no rule violations, funds will be returned after verification. In cases of fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• User information may be shared with authorities only when required by legal obligation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Fg6 is not liable for:

• If a bet or game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If an issue arises due to a technical failure on the part of a third party
• If services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error

Fg6's maximum liability shall never exceed the value of the transaction in question. Any financial loss arising from gaming is entirely the user's own risk.

11 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Fg6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform in advance. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of fg6's country of registration, and fg6's decision shall be considered final.
